Bought a new 2008 Kawasaki Brute Force 650i about a month ago. I have nearly 500 kilometers on it and so far no problems at all. Fuel mileage is reasonable for this class of bike and power. The power brings a smile to my face every time I hit the fun flipper. On pavement, the hole shot was quick and a small amount of wheelie was present so sit up near the air breather to keep her down. On dirt, the rear will slide easily when under full power. Ride comfort is better than the 300KVF I had previously which had a very comfortable ride. High speed turns require body english (same as on snowmobile) maybe a bit more than a solid axle atv but I like getting into the driving so I like it. In stock form the atv would hit 110 kilometers on speedo. I've added a dyna CDI and the hole shot is scary so use extreme caution with the fun flipper on take off and top speed went to 115 kilometers per hour, there might have been a slight amount left but the abandoned road ended quickly.
